Years ago i was running a 3 axle flat. 9' spacings. One day after I lded. I was walking around and saw a gap in the frame right behind the 5th wheel plate. Seems like over the years of placing coils in the front part of the trl. took it's toll on the frame.. Me I was lding them up by the bulk head, but you could see a spot on the deck where who ever had it before set them to far back and the stress finally caused the frame to snap.

I had a 2 axle combine trl. go negative on me out east of El Pso, Tx. with a ld. on..
Cruise was on and just jamming to the tunes. Then the trk. started pulling hard. Look in the mirror and see sparks coming from the center of the trl.
Had to transfer the ld. out on the interstate. Not fun. Thank goodness it was a tracked unit that ran.

    milskired and MJ1657 Thank this.

My drivers comment on that all the time. They always talk about loading in Waterloo. Seeing a big tractor drive on, it looks like the back 5 feet are coming off.

Mr trailer is set up like a Hunt trailer 53' back axle at 41' 10' overhanging the back axle, it says right on the frame to support it when loadin heavy machinery or you can bend or break it

Yeah about as gentle as a bull in a china shop. If you get the outside dock its not so bad cause its a sharp turn for them and they have to slow down.

I've had the far inside dock and then the other week the first dock by the steps.

Yeah i always get the "warren" dock because everyone else dont want to back in to it in fear that they will get yelled at.

That's what I was worried about with this one. I kept warning the owner about it but he didn't seem capable of understanding. Or he just flat didn't care. He was making a whole $1.40 a mile, good money for him.

I'm tired of dragging this heavy ####### around already. Only have 2700 more miles with it.
