Let me guess, somebody with who you haul for got pissy about it..
I know you can't say much about it due too who you haul for and the value of said customer. Plus they might think you're taking top secret info..

Well passingthru if you ever decide to quit driving you would make an excellent carpenter as you hit the nail dead square. Yes I was checking in through security at an undisclosed location and when they started searching the sleeper everything went to hell in a hurry. To keep the peace I boxed up everything that was even remotely related to my hobby and took it off the truck.

I'm blown away how much room I have in my sleeper now and blown away at how much crap had migrated from the basement at home to the bedroom in the truck. It never ceases to amaze me how I move into a new truck with a suitcase and small box and move out with an 8' pickup bed full.

    Well that's gayer than aids

My truck was searched at a military establishment and they found my girlfriends underwear and they wanted to know where she was, when I told them she hasn't rode in a month or 2 they immediatly assumed they were mine

Fortunately since then I have been running cowlings and averaging 4100 miles each week so there hasn't been any down time except sleeping.

We got a new 650 wing trailer now that has been re-configured so we will only be 15' 8" wide which means no more need for state trooper escorts and that's where I was getting all my down time waiting on them. Same with the skins, we had a new trailer built, 70' curtain-side double drop but legal width so again no need for state police or pilot cars on it either.

Glad to hear about the newer trls. and cutting out your need for police and escorts.
but it still sucks on having to take your toys out. Give it some time and the dust will settle and it will be flying time again.
Yes we can and do seem to aquire things in our trks. over a period of time and not realize what all we have in them.
I bet Martin was thinking the same thing when he was switching trks. here the other week.
