Easy hauling today. Did my drop this morning in Carizzo Springs and loaded my truck on a lowboy. Chilling in the passenger seating.

 

A couple legal loads just to let myself relax.

 

Did my best SHC impersonation today and hooked to my flat first and then to a step...lol

 

ole' pops opted for the easy route as well...NC to AZ, not the best paying west bound freight but extra points for gravy!

Here's a tail end pic of my last load to AZ from El Paso. I was supposed to get 3 pieces of 43' pipe, which would make my overall trailer 53' long. Instead, the pipe was 44.5' long making me 54.5' long, but luckily the 3 states I ran allow up to 57' trailer length so I was good to go.

Next set of pics is a rocket nosecone I'm hauling to NASA in Wallops Island, VA. I was lucky enough to convince them to use the 10.6 container and not the 11' one they were going to use. So now I only have to pay the $60 OD toll for the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and not the $200 toll for escorts across.
