it picks up and it drops off...... i'd bet most of us are lurking about. i was only good for checking in about 1-2x a week on the road. Now i'm local and look often....

I have been slipping last few days, had mostly fast food. been running non stop last 7 days havent had time for much other than quick bite in the truckstop then keep hammering down the road then stop and get some sleep. Been literally running on red bull and fast food. Have definitly felt crappy this week due to poor diet. Gotta get a decent fridge in the truck, the cooler just isnt good enough to keep produce fresh for any length of time. Last bit of shopping i did at grocery store i had to throw away half the stuff as it went bad from not staying cool enough.

Allright I am back in the health mode! Went to Safeway and got a whole bunch of pre made salads and veggie trays and fruits. I found this is the best way to get myself to eat them. No need to cut up anything or make a mess, just open , mix and eat. Fruit trays and veggie trays I put them on the passenger seat and munch away as I drive. I am slowly kicking the red bull habit, down to one a day instead of two or three. Also easing up on the coffee. Still have the occasional junk food fix, but slowly getting away from it. As for walking , well I am needing to get it happening. Will keep working on it !
