It is US that have ALL the skin in the game. Thousands upon thousands of overhead, equipment costs, permits, taxes, governing bodies, immense amounts of responsibility and a seemingly never ending line of blood thirty lawyers ready to pounce of every little mistake we make. Meanwhile, most of the Brokers have puny little bonds as their only source of real overhead and responsibilities. We are seriously underpaid for what we do yet they make bank from our hard work and risk.Last edited: Sep 25, 2018

Get the bonding company info, contact them and tell them you wish to file against customer "xyz" bond.
They will request your documents , process them and issue payment.
A word to the wise...., get the bond info on what docs they will need from you, inform them what you're wishing to do and you will make one last attempt to collect today.
THEN..make one last call to the broker.
...Warn them you are filling on their bond today if there is no payment issued and you have contacted their bonding company already.
Always give someone a LAST chance to make things right before potentially hurting their business.
Usually the broker knows you're serious and will pay ASAP is my experience... It's bad for a broker to have their bond filled upon!WarriorTransportGirl, FoolsErrand, DSK333 and 1 other person Thank this. -
