Injector tip blow off. Haven't seen that in awhile, but it happens and can cause all of your problems. Water gets in the fuel, which gets caught in the tip, then when combustion occurs, pop, tip gone. Used to be a huge problem before LSD fuels came out on MEUI injector. Now most injector are HEUI or EUI and less of that problem.

My truck problems with my turbo is fixed. I had to replace all six injectors, and $4,236.22 later I now have power. My truck is still reaching 210 degrees really quick though, and now my air conditioning is blowing hot air in my sleeper and cold air up in the cab. I turned off the air in sleeper, waited ten minutes before I turned it back on, when I did it was blowing cold air for just a little while before going back to warm air. Any thoughts on these problems?

Have you cleaned the radiator core/cac core etc?
Check the bunk AC drain, check for condensor freezing up, Inspect for cleanliness of evap core and for good air flow. Exp valve could be sticking/hanging up.

    mayzend Thanks this.
