I have a eaton fuller transmission and a small block Cat motor c13 i believe... for the past 2 wks my truck bogs down in 10th gear as it hits 1500rpm just as the turbo should cut on. Turbos and motor work great in all other gears. But in 10th , no dice. It goes into gear fine....

And when i say "bog" my exhaust sounds very loud and makes a sound almost like a jake brake... please help

Sounds like fuel pressure falling off.
    Change your filters first

Very interesting scenario here when did you last get the air filter changed or cleaned out? Its a process of elimination from here try the fuel filters dirty fuel although you'd have issues in any gear not just 10th if your engines short on fuel same with the turbo your giving it the revs in all gears so it'd be causing trouble in every gear as well best off taking it in to a qualified auto technician.
