Power Steering issues

    I've got an 07 pete with the c15 acert. My power steering has me baffled. It doesn't work worth a crap running down the road, but works fine at low rpm/idle. Fluid level is good. No foam in the reservoir.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated.

    Does it act up when driving slow but with high engine RPM's? Do you have a filter in the reservoir and has it been changed? I'm thinking if its acting up at high RPM's that maybe you're cavitating the pump with a restricted filter or line on the pump inlet.
