Creamy is usually the introduction of water into the system or the pump is on it's last leg. Regardless what it is it needs serviced, drained and refilled if not repaired. Procrastinating just means more $$$$.

There was a recall on Volvo PS pumps. I'll look here in a second.

Got home found out power steering oil cooler bad around $ 250. It mount to d frame on d passenger side. Got 2 hoses in 2 hoses out 1 for oil 1 for coolant.
