I think you need to understand a little bit more how radios and antennas work. You are asking for a product to buy that will solve your problem. It’s not that simple. If you get a high powered radio with a bad antenna set up, you will destroy the radio. You must learn to set up the entire system efficiently before you worry about making big power.

My set up, radio is a old school Galaxy “Pluto” with a RFX-75, had a SRA 198, but running my Telex 56 right now, and the antenna (Wilson 2k, over 30 years old), i added a 18” shaft. The antenna from the ground up is about 13’9”. The stinger clips “some” trees but there bendable.

Look's like a winner to me!...Wilson wouldn't be my first choice of antennas tho, but since you said that was one of the "old school" Wilson's, I don't think I would change anything...

What constitutes a "bad" antenna set up. That's what I don't get. My antenna works, it's got a good swr rating and a decent range compared to other average company trucks running CBs

The antenna is rated much higher than what my radio can produce.

That seems like a pretty simple issue to me? Increase the power of the radio to use as much of the antennas rating as possible?

    Antennas a simple issue? Wow!
    Not on today's trucks!

Not to be an ####### but then how about providing some insight?

Because all I've gotten so far for the most part are a bunch of non answers. I didn't expect this post to be such a CF

Radios are not my hobby and I have a bare minimum interest in them. So no I'm not an expert or salivating at the thought of a cool radio.

My antenna works and does not appear to be the bottle neck of range currently. I'm not trying to be an inner elite cb talkshow personality.

Just decrease the disparity of potential between cobra 29 and 5 ft antenna. Be it through having radio work done, a new radio, or amplifier.
