Prime is a LONG way from being the best paying starter company.

You can't judge just by the cents per mile.

Those new drivers at Maverick, and Superior Carriers make 40-45K their first year !!

 

I grossed more than that my first full year as a company driver at Prime.

So based on the average miles that recruiting has been quoting recently...

52 weeks x 2500 miles x 41-cpm = $53,500.00 potentially...


Whatsa matter numbers? Did you flunk elementary math???

No... you leave misleading posts all over TTR. You don't "state facts." There's a difference...

 

How do you forget tickets? Flashing lights, a man approaches you with a gun, you worry about paying a ticket. It's kind of a memorable event in one's life. I remember all mine to the very last detail and about have dementia!

 

Prime INC - training from front to back. Once you get your CDL you are gauaranteed $600/week while in training.

Starting pay is 36CPM right now, and if you take a lightweight truck, you get a 5cpm boost. My last student just got his truck last week. Ran his first load cross country, half weel 2200 miles at 41cpm. Not a bad start for a newbie driver.
