If you hook up a CDL trailer you can take your CDL A road test with it. You won't get the air brakes endorsement though.
I was planning to do it with my Ram in a couple of months but got a connect for a free semi to do it with. Might as well get it with all the endorsements like air brakes, manual trans, ect.
