    Good to know. What maintenance records? Can’t imagine they’d care about oil changes and chassis grease. Going to be doing the work on the truck myself. As long as I make up a paper record of what’s being done I should be ok?

    Yep, just create a spreadsheet that details everything you do to your equipment, even down to a changed light bulb. Include the date, mileage, cost etc and corresponding receipt.
