Pre pass

I would call pre pass and say something. Tell them to turn thier service back on. They told me that they own everything and control the prepaid and who comes in and doesn't bit the scale can shut it down. But they have complete control and can turn it back on if they want. Makes you wonder if they are paying pre pass to keep it off or something
