It was a written exam in Texas
-
I'm going to check the overall condition of the engine hoses. The hoses are all properly attached. There are no loose or missing clamps, fittings, or couplings the hoses themselves have no abrasions, bulges, cuts, chafing or cracks. They are not loose, worn, or leaking.
1278PA Thanks this. -
That's what I did. I took my test in MN.
-
Wow that's unbelievable
-
Why?
-
Are you paying someone to get your CDL?
-
because you said you just pointed and said "checks good". So you pointed at the tires and said "checks good"? You don't get into detail of what to check on a tire?
-
It was not required to go into great detail for the pre trip in MN. I passed my pre trip and driving portion of the test with one deduction. I turned my steers the wrong direction on the up hill park.
You can go into great detail if you'd like and maybe the state you take it in requires it. I'm just relating my experience. -
I'm not saying great detail but certainly more then "checks good" but ok still unbelievable to me thats all they wanted to hear from you. I believe you just saying on their part.
