You'll run Tyson, IBP, JBS Swift, Cargill, and National Beef. Back haul from Waterloo Is was either eggs or Dr Pepper, from South Sioux City, it was frozen buffalo parts coming back to FPI in Denver. It wasn't bad. I never sat with them.

Remember to stick to your ELD and 34 hour resets in nicer spots. Don't try to squeeze out the last hour out of them.
Garden City, Collins, Liberal etc were not too bad. What we did was pretty much sleep until called. It might be three days to absolutely sleep, store up the go time in massive amounts. You know your body is full up and you had a complete sleep cycle in 10 minutes and back awake again. You are literally full to overflowing on rest and now are looking for ways to dispose of that excess energy. Running to either coast in a couple of days takes care of that.
It's not ideal however meat loads have one redeeming thought I leave behind. When you pull into say Sacremento there is usually a very large person on the Radio at sunrise demanding MY MEAT LOAD. Out of all the trucks gathered around there that means YOU. the Meat Load. Yer it. The only meat load coming in that morning for the whole city. Get that dock, they be waiting on you.
Sometimes I think of the kids playing with their food in sacremento on the plate and I say to them, enjoy that food. I put it through quite a bit out west to get it to their dinner plate. Enjoy. -
They told me that it was all drop and hook Have had a conversation with a couple drivers and they said the same. So hopefully it all meshes.. Iv grown up in trucking (4th gen driver) 10 years out here myself so I'm pretty conifdent that I can tell ######## from belief.. Iv pulled flats, tankers, vans etc. Reefer is where I'm fairly inexperienced to but not worried about anything besides trying keep it fueled and trying to sleep with the #### thing running a foot behind my bed lol

I ran for them back when Todd was long haul dispatch and they didn’t have ELD. I didn’t sleep for about 36 hours hard running. They would run people to exhaustion back then and had a high turn over rate (me included) ran about 4 weeks with them and was done.

It might have changed they advertise all the time on Craigslist. Which could give you some insight if they are still always looking. But each week I ran about 5-6 days and would sleep about 15 hours all week. Might have changed! Nice equipment though.

Looked on their ads im just guessing but seems like probably drop and hook at Tyson plants? Goodlettsville Tn, Nebraska. Good thing about them was not having to wait after your unload in Cheyenne or Denver just go to their yard and you get washed out there.
