Premium 2000 plus warranty

Premium 2000 is the worst warranty company I’ve ever dealt with! 4 times I’ve needed repairs done and they have not covered any of these! I will never use this company again.

 

you know, Ive started to notice a common theme with all these posts claiming they are a bad business. Most people have only 1 post in the forum.

 

Well I purchased Premium2000 when I got my truck. I almost didn't get it because of the bad reviews. But my fears about the DPF system convinced to go ahead and get. I'm sure glad I did. My engine failed on first of March Freightliner gave me a 28k estimate. Premium paid 20k minus a $100 deductible. But wait there's more. My whole 1 box failed in July. I got a 11k estimate on that one. Premium paid 7k on that minus the $100. Premium has paid almost 27k for my repairs. Plus my transmission and rear end are still under warranty. If you're buying a used truck get it. Better to get caught with ir than without it.
