    Heck one time I went through there (before I has prepass) and he wasn't even in the box, he was outside talking to some girl in a Neon, I presume his wife or gf, he just motioned for me to keep rolling, lol

    Norpass responded:

    "Hi, Our system was taken down for a rebuild on the first part of July and we are still having issues. We finally pin pointed the issue and the contractor has given us the date of March 1st to have the issue corrected. Some vehicles are receiving Green, some red and some get no lights at all. The system is not pulling all of the accurate records and we are hoping it be correct on the first of March. Please let me know if you are still having issues after that time."

    Well, after months and months of red lights at Boise, I finally got a green again on Monday!!! Weeeee! Now if I can convince EB Billings Montana coop to stop turning off their prepass transponder every day, I'd be in heaven!

    Let the good times rolllllllll. :)
