Yeah that's the Verrazano Bridge and NOT the way to go out of the city if you have to pay cash! And he should have asked for the transponder. But then some of those MTA cops them are actually arse holes and do that #### not thinking they are adding to a problem! I bet you look closer when you are pulling up to the tolls now right? LOL
I know it can be a bit of a pain fighting the 4 wheelers not to mention local drivers who are in a hurry!
    Good Luck

Well it's not from prepass but if you go to (super-ez-pass-holder dot com)
you can buy suction cup holders that the pre pass will fit in, cheap also $3.97 each for 2. Hope this helps.

this is what i do about pre pass. i have a little black box that has all my passes in it. i have a pre pass/I pass, one for oklahoma and one for kansas. when i am in the area that that particular pass works in ,i take it out put it on the dash wait for it to work then i put it back in the box. i dont use the pre pass alot because i drive mostly at night. and i only use it in the states where i know i will get a green light. missouri, illinois, indiana, arizona, california, colorado, wyoming, nebraska, iowa, louiseana and a few others. the oklahoma and kansas passes are for toll roads only perspectively
