Prepass vs Drivewyze?

Drivewyze don't require permission.

I used to use it. Always got green. Now I get red when loaded and green when empty.

I haul heavy. I don't use it anymore.

 

I downloaded it and it works. It had me bypass one and let me know in advance of couple others. Nice!

 

My company switched from Prepass, to Dryvewyze don't like drivewyze at all.
Drivewyze does not work in good half of a states, not to mention it's stupid acting when driving through PA, or any state where portable scales at rest areas a common thing.

 

That may have to do with your cellphone company’s coverage. PrePass says that according to

“a comprehensive study completed by Texas A&M Transportation Institute (TTI)...cellular bypassing accuracy ranges from 81.5% to 93.9% in controlled conditions where cellular signals are good. On the other hand, the PrePass transponder accurately communicates data at a rate of 99.99%.”

PrePass now offers a cellular bypass service called Motion that they added in late 2018.

 

I have received my PrePass Elite transponder yesterday. This piece is big and heavy. About 2.5x size of cigarette box. It will not stay long on windshield for sure ))))
