PrePass vs. Drivewyze?

    Placarded loads.

    There are a whole bunch of states (OH, NV, WV and a bunch more I can never remember) that only allow a carrier to use per-clearance like prepass or drivewyze on placarded loads if they have the Uniform Hazmat Alliance permit. Arizona and Arkansas are the only states that it doesn't cover - any placarded load MUST enter those scales regardless of being told to bypass.

    One other nice thing about drivewyze is you don't need to be in the right hand lane to get the bypass.
