I did ltl for 10 yrs in Orlando and surrounding areas. pallet jacks, hand trucks, mall deliveries, home deliveries of floor tile @ a job site with sand drive way,12 &15 ' rolls of carpet...done all that. diet does help but if you don't have a strong core your diet isn't going to do squatt. you must always lift with your knees, not your back. a good back support(as mentioned earlier),is a must and if your busting your hump all day you had better be getting equal amounts of sleep. taxing your body doesn't come cheap, you must pay with sleep.
I purchased a crunch machine, used to do 100-250 crunches a day. sit-ups on the floor are bad and painful to your back. however you need to do it,.....EAT RIGHT
......STRENGTHEN THAT CORE
.......GET ENOUGH SLEEP
.......WEAR YOU BELT
........NEVER EVER LIFT WITH YOUR BACK.
o,yeah , go on line and get yourself a 10's unit. what a awesome invention.150.00 well spent.
