A lot of times inaccurate ABS speed sensor reading comes from an incorrectly adjusted speed sensor. Ususlly they are located on top or the side of the axle housing and read the hub speed. I'd start by checking to see if the wire has obvious damage. Usually you can just push the sensor in towards the hub to reset its clearance. You might have to drive the truck up to 10-20 km/h to reset the light if its on. If it's a sensor that's out of adjustment, be aware that it could be caused by a loose wheel bearing. Modulator valves should be located between the brake chamber and the relay valve. They will have a wire harness plugged into them.
