I was unaware that my 2007 international 4200 had this feature until yesterday when I accidentally activated it. It cycles through all the lights making the pretrip a lot easier. However I have no idea what I did, and I'd like to be able to do it again. Owners manual is long gone. Anyone know how to repeat this?
Look for the LMP switch on the left side of the cluster near the head light switch. Press it with the key on or in acc.
My truck is a 2007, it doesn't have the lamp switch. It was a combination of cruise switch presses that triggered it, so it could be a diagnostic mode, but I haven't been able to repeat it.
Ok, I found this, DESCRIPTION Vehicles with DLB feature code 595AES do not have a dedicated Exterior Lamp Check switch located beside the headlight switch. To activate this feature, insure no other exterior lights are on, park brake is set, turn the ignition switch to either ACC or IGN position, momentarily depress both the cruise/throttle ON and RESUME/ACCEL buttons at the same time, then depress the brake pedal. To deactivate the check, either depress the brake pedal again or activate any of the exterior lights being checked. The bulb check will deactivate automatically in 10 minutes if not cancelled manually.
