    Short answer: it depends.

    Long answer: it depends.

    Were they all the same? Could indicate an inability to learn.

    How recent? A bunch just before you look for a job is a red flag.

    What are they? Blowing a tire on a curb is different between blowing a tire on someone's bumper. Bending a hinge in a dock because you were off center is different than knocking the door into a support post.

    How bad they need drivers can also be in play.

    The only way to know is to talk with recruiting. Recruiting wants to put your butt in a seat, so make sure you are upfront and clear about everything. Otherwise you may get sent home when the training group uncovers the real story.
