Nearly 2-1/2 months into my time at Pride Transport.

I am absolutely loving it. Great equipment, very good lanes, excellent miles, fantastic load planning.

All the staff are excellent: friendly, knowledgeable, professional, supportive.

If anything, I'm almost too busy, but I'd much rather be running by the skin of my 70 all the time, rather than sitting around waiting for loads.

Just got an across the board raise, almost 10%.

The Pride Way is for real, and I could not be more at home.

Stonehjl, Vic Firth, dwells40 and 5 others Thank this.

Wish they would’ve gave me the pay raise they gave everyone else when I was there. Tried calling payroll and never got a straight answer. It was a shame because other than that I liked working for them, but that was enough to make me move on.

Looking for information about Pride to see if the company is still solid to work for. Haven't seen any recent posts about Pride.

Yes, still a solid company. Drivers just got another raise. They are currently in the process of getting rid of the older trucks and getting new ones.

Do you still work at Pride? I saw in one of the posts that you went from being a driver to an office position (title eludes me).

Yes, I am now working as a Road Service Coordinator. Setting up repairs outside the terminal area. Tows, tires, accidents, outside shop repairs such as Loves, PFJ etc. I can still drive on my days off if I choose.

    Speed_Drums and dwells40 Thank this.

No on the driver facing cams, No on their own school. I am not sure what the pay is for a new driver. When recruiting gets in, I will see if I can find that out. I am sure others would like to know.

    Goldenfan Thanks this.
