I called and they said they don't advertise it (SW dedicated) but they might be able to switch you at orientation. Offering me Western Regional 10 days on 2 off.
Supposedly 2 full days, not reset. .51-.75 cpm sliding scale based on if under 400 miles or under 100 miles. .51cpm is the base, length of haul supposed to be just under 1,000 miles. Average miles per week 2800-3200. 20-25% drop and hook. 100% no touch. No stores, only warehouses and DC's. 10K sign on bonus is broken down to $100 a week for 2 yrs. They use driver tech, transflo. No driver facing cameras.
Does anyone know if this sounds accurate? I'm reading terrible reviews about this company. I like that they have a drop yard near home. That is a big plus. -
You are hearing bad reviews about Pride? I have been with them since 2015. I love working for them and they have the miles and keep the promises they give you. I drove dedicated for a long time, now work in the office in breakdown. We do everything in our power to keep trucks rolling. When I was a driver, I was steady everyday, and home when I needed to be. Any questions, feel free to askVic Firth, Rattlayitdown and Chinatown Thank this.

Hello,
I've eliminated Cox and Andrus because they have driver facing cameras. Norman Howard isn't hiring. So Pride would be an option because they have a drop yard here near St George. I can't park truck or trailer at home, HOA rules. So that will be an issue with Schneider or any other company without a yard/terminal nearby.Snowshoes Thanks this. -

Our drivers park in St. George all the time. Plus we have a great relationship with Purcell and Freightliner down there. Work gets done quick and you can have your services done while on home time

This has been the longest orientation ever, and I still don't know how to handle an assignment through their Qualcomm system. They wasted time w unimportant stuff, and skipped through the actual job information we need. I'm clueless and am supposed to roll soon.
