Just had a buddy get into an accident where he bent the bullbar on another truck. He’s worried he’s going to get fired. I told him I seriously doubt it.
this is his first week solo, anyone want to share stories/the accident policy at prime to make him feel better?
he did sign up for the lease purchase despite me advising against it. Shouldn’t change anything but it might.
Prime accident policy?

got any insight you’d like to add?blairandgretchen Thanks this. -
Probably keep his job. Prime will gladly deduct damage repairs to both vehicles( you don’t bend a bull bumper without damaging what hit it), man hours to deal with problem ( job burden), + 20-30% profit. I’m just guessing, that’s what I would do to a sub.
Mototom Thanks this. -
Share stories to make him feel better?
How will that change what the company will do?
It is what it is. Feel good stories will change nothing. -
If they didnt fire him the moment they found out, they wont.
Lonesome and Moosetek13 Thank this. -

Preventable usually means bad, by the way. It means you did something wrong. -
You feel like doing anything else other then being a smart ###? -
