The flatbed kit is your tarps, straps and load chains. You will also have to purchase tire chains. When you turn in the equipment, you will get your money back. ORD can tell you exactly how much the FB equipment is. They will take it out of your paycheck on a weekly basis, but you MUST work with your FM and get their approval (I promise, you'll get it) before you get it. I believe it's like $55/week until it's paid off.

@dragon - thanks for replying OpenRoadDreamer answered me in a pm. Your are correct he said its about 2500 and 62/settlement. I just find it strange you have to buy your own equipment BUT i guess it keeps the bad guys from stealling it when they leave so sorta makes sense....

The theory is you bought it, you take care of it. I don't have a problem with. I spent ~10K on grooming equipment when I was a groomer. JCW spent over $35k on tools as a mechanic.

Some people have an issue with "buying stuff you need to do your job." I don't. You better believe I took hella good care of those clippers and blades and scissors. $200/pair? $30 and up for sharpening? Yeah, I took GOOD care of the scissors. I could also pull about 4x the average "life" of a clipper out of a set. I bought GOOD stuff to begin with, and serviced it (myself) regularly.

I put my app in on a tuesday night, got a call from recruitor very next morning. I own my own business now, so employment verification was done that same day, I was offered the next available starting date.

Mont on owning your own business what how did they verify that, (I know sounds stupid) did they require tax records or what? I just closed one after 8yrs, I always had another fulltime job during but always ran mine too.
