Really? I'd like to see where you got that from... for once. From what I've seen most of what you post is innuendo, rumors, outright lies and BS. How about some facts, numbers?

 

With over 3000 employees (not including contractors) you would think so, but in reality they only have two, yes count em, 2 lawyers.

 

After reading through the complaint, I can honestly say that I am thankful (and I think that everyone should be) for this process. They did not acknowledge that the complainant was an independent contractor, which gives Prime INC a reason to appeal, although a weak one. With the investigation complete, the guy could take Prime to civil court and clean up if this finding is thrown out.

Bottom line, all organizations are made up of people, and people do bad things to good people. This dispatcher did something dreadfully wrong and I do hope that Prime INC has fired him. I kinda feel sorry for the lady (Mrs Mayhew) for getting entangled in this. If Prime does not insert a review process for these actions, they will be asking for many more of these findings in the future.

Oh, and 123456, Prime is not the only one caught doing this, and many other companies have done much much worse.

 

And all your posts try to discredit any negative feedback someone experiences with Prime. I hope Prime is paying you extra for being their company cheerleader.

 

I post it as I see it, and I don't always post positive things about the place. Numbers however, posts pure crap.

More and more and more companies will soon be sued for their use of DAC. Most jobs only say what day you started and left when companies call to ask for a reference, even some companies are now starting to refuse to answer the question if you are eligible for rehire for legal reasons.

I hope trucking companies have their checkbook ready, because they are about to get sued to kingdom come and back, and I'm happy about it.
