Prime Driver Training

Three weeks minimum between hometime requests, max 4 days at a stretch - on the company side. Lease operators come and go as they please. The bottom line is that while you are sitting at home on the couch with momma, the wheels aren't turning and you're not being paid. It comes down to how much time at home you can afford.

 

Yea iron pony pretty much covered it u get 3 shots at everything. But here's the kicker. Once u pass ur permit test u then may do one part of ur 3 tests toward ur cdl( pre trip inspection,backing,and road test) there is something called a trifecta. If u pass all three pieces first time it is considered a tri fecta. U yet 250 bonus and ur trainer gets 850$. But most ppl will not get a trainer right away so while u wait for a trainer if u did not have one u will study to do that part. If u do not pass u will loose the trifecta and trainers aren't assigned or mandated. If u fail one part a trainer will more than likely be reluctant to take u because they don't get. The 850$ I know it sounds bad. But there are trainers that will take u any way. Just telling u straight. I passed my pre trip. So Im still on track to my tri fecta. But still it can go bad if I don't pass my road test and backing. I currently have 40 hours of my 75 hour minimum. To take the cdl and backing test. But I'm hopeful also don't get discouraged.if ur making mistakes while on the road making mistakes. No matter what an instructor says he was in ur shoes at one point 2 and every one learns differently so keep ur cool. And even if he gets annoying. Just listen and correct ur mistakes.
