Effingham,IL en route to SpringMo to get my first lease truck. But they don't have any trucks. No trucks in Pittston and no trucks in SpringMo.

I want a new truck but they are talking about leasing me a used one. If that has to happen I might go for the short six month lease just to finish my year with Prime.

I got a cool new lease FM and I'm excited to run. But I can't get decent equipment. This will be my FOURTH truck! When I called Success, I inquired about the inventory and she asked where I was going to upgrade. WTF difference does it make?!? She said I couldn't look at trucks until I upgrade. No shiznit!

Pittston, everyone is nice and seem to do it the way Mr. Low wants it done, kind, courteous, and professional with divers. Ironically, the location where the boss can be found, my experience has been a poor showing for the employees at headquarters.

If I can get a new truck, I'm in it for another three years. If not, WTF is the point, when I can lease new elsewhere?

I'd rather stay with what I know. Get my jacket, ring, patches, you guys. I know the shop guys, unfortunately from seeing them too often.

I may be in SpringMo for at least a week. The cbts will only take me two hours, tops.

More trucks will usually show up on Mon. When you see the class schedule you'll understand why the truck inventory is low at certain times of the week and high on others. This happens all the time and a few days later they have another bunch of trucks avail so relax!! They can talk about choosing the truck they lease you all they want but when trucks come avail you will have your choice of any avail truck. Also no you can't look at trucks until the upgrade is completed. Prime will not allow anyone else to look at a truck while you are looking at it, they will hold it and take it off the avail list while you're looking. So not fair to hold a truck until you're qualified to lease it. As far as the people from sprimo being poor I find that when dealing with success you go to Trish or Pam both are great, and aviod dealing with Kayla that girl is flat out unhelpful and rude. I wasn't disputing protocol, just was perturbed she seemed to step outside the scope of her duties to dissuade.

Definitely deal with Pam, she's awesome. As for looking at a truck, you can always look they just can't reserve anything for you until you get into the lease class. But the list of all available trucks is posted online if you haven't found that website yet it's www.successleasing.com/inventory

I've heard we can choose our APU? How can I get a Tripak? The shop in PA told me to get a Tripak. I wish I could.

Then a guy driving a Pete told me get a Pete and don't let Prime ever touch it.
