    my understanding is the lumpers bill it to prime, prime bills it to the shipper, then the shipper bills it to the reciver, and at the end of the day lumpers are pointless

    At hurricane teeyay...had a herd of 20 to 30 deer crossing the road coming out of a turn tonight, ended up locking up the brakes for that one, I'm okay with hitting one or two deer at the same time, but I have a feeling a whole herd would be very bad for the truck
