Weighs roughly 29000-30000ish. Depending on fuel load. Have scaled a 49000+ load with half a fuel load.

Hay load I just got rid of. 46000 pounds worth of sneezing for three days. It sucked. Did enjoy watching them unload it... Took a tractor with forks on it, and pushed um off the trailer. My kinda unload.

######, you should just um, lost the load....in my driveway. I am, of course, kidding, mostly. Hay is freakin' stupid expensive.

I had a good friend on the flatbed lease side - he did fairly well. Are you thinking about it?

I don't care what you pull - you must have an adequate cash reserve put away before you start. At least $2000 - $3000.

Yeah I was thinking about it. Got some great info last night from Ama. Then I talked to my FM about it today. He basically told me that I'm making more money as a company driver right now then alot of lease flatbedders. Mainly because of the economy. He said he has several former lease guys on his board(now company) that are still trying to pay off there debt from there failed lease. He said I'm a great driver but would hate to see me go lease and become discouraged because the money isn't there, but said he would definetly put in a good word for me, but said if it were him, he would wait till the economy improves. Coming from a 29 year veteran trucker says a lot in my book.

Dropped loaded trailer at drop yard here in Houston. Got load assignment, but don't load till 6am in the morning. Load is 1800 miles, and drops Monday morning. Gonna be a long weekend for me. Light the fire and burn the tires!!
