ORD put up the new pay schedule in this link, U2's numbers were a little behind.Prime Pay

Reefer Drivers get the .34 when they hit 80k miles. -
This post deals in Reefer Pay scale
The current Reefer pay scale posted ORD appears to match with my pay scale as a Pre Sept 2009 hire.
When I started the PSD/Trainee to Solo Pay progression went like this
10k credit for PSD student. Trainee did 60k minimum before eligble for upgrade.
At 60k miles (50k team miles + 10k credit) the student could upgrade to A seat solo at .30/mile and then got .34/mile at 80k miles (20k solo miles) I went this route and upgraded just under 61k miles.. got .34 at 80k
OR
The trainee could wait and finish the last 20k as team miles with their instructor and upgrade to .34/miles at 80k,
Under both structures, at that time, you could not Lease a truck under 80k miles... so you could go either route... do 60k training then get some solo pay, then get the raise to .34 or lease a truck. OR do 80k training, go solo at .34 or lease a truck
MY reading of ORD's pay scale is that .34 still starts at 80k miles, acumulated under any mile structure.
I guess the question is: Irregardless of what the trainee miles to upgrade requirement, is it stil .30/mile as a solo under 80k?
If you want to refer back to ORD scale and use my current pay as a example how to read it. I currently make .37/mile and my milage is nearing or just over the 500k mark... my next raise to .375 is at 570k miles.Last edited: Nov 1, 2011

I know that you can lease right out of TNT now as it looks like I am going to. All was cleared for this week until the loads got goofed. Also my hire date (the day I got my CDL through Prime) was 8/22/11 and as of that point the TNT was bumped back up to 50K with a 10K credit for PSD.

My paperwork I got from Prime says once you are A seat driver you go to the .34cpm
