    Can anyone give me a realistic out look on what to expect from this company first year.
    Loads,pay,dms,etc?

    Go to the motor carriers section, scroll down to the Prime section. You will get better results that way. Plus the search function at the top will be of help also. Type in Prime, plenty of info.

    The Prime pay is on their website. Their pay is on the driver divisions page. Click on the career path page to see everything about training. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews on here.

    Depending on home time expect to make $35-45k your first year depending on region and if you get on a dedicated run. Hopefully you survived
