Go check the CR England threads - they have all of that at their terminals. When Prime bought TRL in Pittston PA, the bullet-proof glass and cyber locked doors were the first things to go.

Just doing my part to make Charlie Sheen look more sane than this thread.

Seriously though, what were you expecting to happen? :biggrin_255:

Exactly what is happening. The fact that a certain flatbed driver wasn't recognized as the most excellent gift to the trucking world and no red carpet was provided has had him PO'd for three years. Amazing what that victim complex does to people ya know!

So now they can't whine that there isn't a Prime thread in this folder. So what? There are a couple of hundred "good" Prime threads over in the DAC report folder for Prime.

I think it would be a tough deal for a solo driver to be successful with their lease program unless they lived in the truck and had no family commitments.

Its an OTR company - not a home every night company. If you want to be home every night go work somewhere else - like McDonalds. I'm constantly amazed at the people who think that trucking has not been this way for the last 80 years.

Realistically though we do have a number of regional opportunities that would get a driver home more frequently. Its not a lot right now, but the company does appear to be expanding in that direction. It certainly appears that the government is trying to force the industry in that direction.

I do fine over the road and take a week off every month. You really made a huge jump there to McDonald's. That was pretty condescending on your part.

My opinion stands on their lease program, having been there and done that. Luckilly I was single at the time.

You never addressed the company driver question. That may be a different story. So instead of tossing around insults why don't you reinforce your position.

Just as I am amazed that people think 2 - 3 days off for a month to 6 weeks out is what OTR is?:biggrin_2554: If you don't have a life and like being a puppet on a string it's a good fit...:biggrin_2554:
