I drove for prime and not as a newbie either. I never went thru their training program since I had experience but I have seen their training program first hand and it is legit thourugh and it's probably the best training for rookies out of the cdl megas. They make sure you know how to back and drive unlike swift werner etc where you're a steering wheel holder for your "trainer" and get released

 

It's mostly team driving. How is that training?

You never went through their training program although you giving good advice on their training program???
