Prime is terrible.

That's great. You can play basketball, sleep there, take a shower, buy overpriced gear and food, play pool and have someone watch your kids. What do y'all get paid?

Yes you're correct again, they should pay us to slack off, hang out with fellow drivers, watch movies, play pool, basketball, and catch up on laundry. Those Nazis!!!! If only they only they understood you and your entitlement attitude.

Don't make fun of him he's not as intelligent as you. He's not smart enough to know that throwing a temper tantrum and threatening to quit your job is the secret to success.

 

I'm gonna go ahead and call truce before this gets out of hand. We obviously both have two separate opinions about Prime. I don't feel I deserve to be criticized for my opinion and neither do you. We are both drivers working for the same reason. To make money for ourselves and/or our families. I didn't mean to offend you. I never threatened to quit. I was just using that as an example for I know a lot of people do that. I never even worked for Prime. I did haul their freight and deal with their terminal and dispatchers. And this was just what I experienced. Your experience is obviously different. And we'll leave it at that.

 

Their drivers are a picture of health !

 

i venture to guess most company driver lounges look like this. I know mine does! I'm so glad I'm not a big eater. I find the task tedious and time wasting.

That's probably a good idea. Look had your first post sounded more like your last I wouldn't have been so critical of you, yes after all you are entitled to your opinion.

I'm sorry you've had a bad experience with prime but your not an employee, I can tell you that people who work here are treated well. You have to realize that we are a training company, and one of the biggest. Many people come onto this forum looking for jobs in our industry. They read about prospective companies and have no real knowledge over what a good job and what a bad job is.

When they read comments from someone who has worded their sentences as though they may have worked for prime but didn't, and that person tells them that prime sucks, your misleading them. That's not fair to them, arm them with facts and let them make they're own decisions based on those facts. That is after all one of the main purposes of this site.

This is probably the best pay and compensation package available for those new to the industry, right here at prime. I think we're starting them out at 43cpm right now. I've said this on here before there are many companies that would start them out at a number that will equal as much as $20, 000/yr less, some of these companies flat out rob their new drivers. We don't do that here so I feel its important that prime be represented fairly. If you have a valid point to make about prime then by all means make it. I believe in holding companies accountable for what they do, but don't mislead people in the name of calling attention to yourself on the internet.
