    I AGREE most should wait to lease. After all running a business (any business) is a daunting task. but to play devil's advocate id a person has low expenses at home. no dent and a mentality of shave your head to save a buck and a potential LO is born.


    But yes a person that thinks it is a quick path to $$$$$$ should stay away
