It ought to really blow his stack to know that there is an Fleet Manager that is an elected representative of the Springfield area in the State House of Missouri.
The guy had to give up his fleet, still employed at Prime but he just fills in for fleet managers on vacation etc when the House isn't in session up in Jefferson City. -
BTW anyone actively recruiting here on TtR for monetary gain is violations the terms of service and can get themselves banned.

This is the only warning I will post. Insults to other members of any kind will not be tolerated. Attack the post, not the poster.

There goes my eye gouging plan.

Ok... got it!

(Don't want that shock collar activated!!)
Attack the post! Yeah!! That's it!!!
Umm... is it all right if my dog pees on the post????
Because the whole thing stinks - and that's what she usually does to stuff that stinks.

Methinks the OP is trying to generate some support because his shlock attorney won't file a lawsuit based on his really thin BS story.

The Mo Gov web site also list open unresolved cases!!!!!!!!!! There is no open unresolved cases against Prime Inc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you would have put half of this time or effort into operating a truck maybe you would be here telling people how great Prime is, instead of trying to get people to back your case.
If people can't make it with a lease that lets you hand in the keys and walk away no questions asked (or go back to company driver), They should go and take some business courses and learn the basics of operating a business. there is too many lease op's and fleet op's doing very well for themselves. The only way one would loose your shirt is that they had no clue about what they where doing and didn't have enough sense to walk away sooner. Kind of like trying to win back your losses at a casino, it doesn't work!!!!!!!!
Please show me anywhere else somebody without a cent in there pocket or credit can be sitting in a 3 year old (or less) truck and a chance to make money! Even Amway wants money up front!
If you are really here looking out for the new people, maybe you should post some real facts, real cases and less smart mouth name calling as your only defence!!!!!!!!!!!!! -
I don't have to overstate the obvious. Anyone holding a lease knows what they are in for. I am merely providing an outlet to pursue grievance. According to some there is no possibility of a grievance.
1. Even if you have your own authority the contract forbids you from hauling any but Primes at times low paying accounts in favor of a better trip.
Your making it too easy for me.
Keep up the good work though.
I ran into several ex leasees who made the big mistake of going company they are not only paying off the $10-20,000.00 lease balances in monthly installments. The IRS wants their money because the poor sucker could not pay themselves much less the taxes owed. Also common knowledge. Almost forgot I did run into two guys making good on leases. One stays out eight months nonstop then takes a month off. The other said he did not mind coming home on a given Friday just to leave the next morning
