The guy said with the driver facing camera that when he was at a shippers facility and they asked him to move to another dock he got behind the wheel and moved the truck and prime asked him why he didn’t put a seatbelt on to move the truck

I believe most of these YT people are just generating revenue by essentially becoming a modern day infomercial. Getting paid to be an influencer is big nowadays.

YouTube is big and these people just see numbers and jump out there and sign up.

I stayed company for two years and saved up 20k before becoming lease. I don’t worry about an upcoming settlement.

I don’t really talk about my situation but it’s a good situation and I’m hoping it get better. I’m on a year lease to buy out the truck, if I extend it then I’ll get a lower payment and the payout should be much lower.

I go home almost every weekend and I’m able to squeeze in some time home throughout the week because I’m always going back and forth through my city. You just have to put yourself in a good situation, if you live in the middle of nowhere don’t expect to be heading home.

brought 6k this week and I’m expecting to completely own something next year. After that I plan on driving less but keeping my same lifestyle but I should be making around the same amount to maintain.

Refreshingly frank. I thought it would be a puff piece.

It’s a bit curious how the video is “private” now.

I'm curious now to. The "content creator" posts several videos essentially bashing prime... Wondering if either Primes lawyers contacted her with potential defamation lawsuits or the guy she interviewed got spooked about something and demanded she remove the video?

    Seems odd nonetheless...

Wanna know why people signing up for $1500 a week truck payments to haul $1 something a mile reefer freight and be watched with driver facing camera?!?

Like how could anybody justify that?
With the limitless truck driving job opportunities out there why put yourself through that?

Prime has been running the lease scam for years. Their business model depends on hiring rookies that believe all crap Prime feeds them. Anyone with any business sense would look at the Prime lease and see it’s a bad deal.
