Got no problem with what you do or post. Your model should be followed.

I just hauled a store run from the Lewiston DC.

I even asked our guy in the prime dispatch office there. He said it was news to him to hear such a thing.

It's called getting better loads and picking the right ones and being in paper logs genius. You should learn a thing or two from me. Also you can pick loads off of a load board at PrimeLoad.com

Yes, $2600 isn't a lot of money when one isn't on E logs, can pick their own load or use the dispatcher, and knows where to run his truck. See you are so brainwashed like these other lads being dependent on a dispatcher for everything . You fail to realize you can also use Primes trailers for booking your own loads also by just paying a fee to Prime. When you get up here with the big boys, you two will be earning $3500-4K weekly. Until then, enjoy that dispatcher and e logs mate. You should actually do some research beyond what's stated on paper buddy

Weekend dispatch are just other dispatchers during the week that cover for yours. You don't have to take anything as a lease driver. Even if they threaten to sit your truck over the weekend or do it, just call Mr Lowe cellphone very late or very earlier in the morning. In sure you will have a load on your truck in no time. The dispatchers are paid a % off each load regardless of what you make. They will sell you dreams of why you should take a load that pays $0.80 a mile with fuel surcharge for over 1000 miles but will not give that load to their company drivers. They will ask you to deadhead hundreds of miles due to a overwhelming amount of trucks in a area but will gladly supply those company trucks nearby with freight while you decide should you deadhead 500+ miles to a load you have no clue how much the entire loaf pays or should you stay put and wait it out a day? That's the stuff you deal mostly with not just your dispatcher but another dispatcher is really crazy. It's not your business because Prime controls the freight and what they want to give you while you run under their authority. You are just a glorified company driver. There are many company drivers who earn what you make weekly and don't worry about being in the hole when they go home. I tell drivers of you going to pay a $1000 truck payment for 3 years you need to train or team up. It's much harder for solo drivers in the reefer division. Now if you are willing to try Flatbed, you will do much better as a solo.

I doubt it . You probably used that name in the past on a fake account. Learn the difference between what a troll is and what someone who is given their personal experience kid. Most people who love pulling the so called Troll card tend to be wet behind the ears steering wheel holders, especially those who swing on their sack over their such lame excuse for their piss poor earnings.

I won't sink. I'm making plenty of money. Driving isnt rocket science. I actually don't understand how people are failing at leasing. They've got to be doing something wrong.
Anyway, I've got someone coming on my truck through the winter, so I should be just fine during the slow bit of the year.

Fuel economy is the biggest expense other than the lease payment. Therefore if you are getting poor fuel economy, fuel is going to cost a lot more. Slow down to make more.

HOW you buy your fuel & at what cost will be the single largest expense directly under your control, followed closely by that fuel economy.

Buying that fuel just anywhere is a sure route to being broke.
