Prime, never been insulted by employer before.

    johnny reb the reason they are called new prime is that they went bankrupt decades ago, only after being in business for 2 or 3 yrs. they ran all company drivers then.

    To be fair, Prime may have shiny (plastic) trucks, but they're about the furthest thing from fast.

    You'd run into Boyd. Currently the slowest weakest trucks on the road. I passed those guys before my mechanic shook the 40 pounds of dust out of my air filter. Now they may as well be stopped dead in the road.

    TMC seems to be vying for that title as well though.

    Nope. This old boy has been running since the 70's. We're working out how to extend the mileage now. 5 trucks and an old man with a .357 and a pit bull. No office bound bean counters allowed. His son is the mechanic. And he does everything. He can tear the whole truck apart and put it all back together himself. Engine blown? Pull it in the shop and get to it.
