PRIME NEWBIES~Any comments from orientation?

awesome thanks for the info. another question, Im from Conway, Ar which is about 200 miles away so im just going to drive i'd rather take 3 hours to get there get checked in and goto bass pro for a hour or so instead of spending all day on a stupid bus. so my question is after I get my tractor im planning on taking a few days off. Will I be able to drive home and bring my wife up to springfield with me in the tractor to let her drive my truck back?

 

If you're leasing, you can do what you want. Company drivers are no longer allowed to bobtail out of the terminal.

Yeah, that's what you'll have to do. SPRIMO terminal only I think is the only one that has this deal going. Too many idiots driving bobtail down to the Crazy Horse bar, and then getting back into the tractor afterwords.

No unauthorized bobtail at anytime by a company driver. Includes Anywhere, anytime without permission from your fleet manager.

Hmmm... I just used to BT when I was on the company side whenever I wasn't hooked onto a trailer - and not at one of the terminals. I really tried to keep it at a minumum, I never asked and D-man never said anything. Never had anyone question it at RTCDEN.
