7.82 MPG this year running 150,000 dispatched miles. Fuel bonus came to $70/week. Think I'm at 8 MPG on this truck since dumping the Century in March, but I'm not in the mood for more math.

If you have a full size truck, setting the computer on something will not be a problem, the lightweight however will because there is nothing to sit it on and if you plan to have it in the drivers seat while driving, :biggrin_25510: not a good idea, i messed up my laptop(the power socket) by doing this. Please get a laptop stand if prime gives you a lightweight truck. Now if you are parked using your laptop sitting in the passenger seat, you should be fine. One thing i just thought of but didn't when i was driving at the time because i did have a full size truck, is if you can find a piece of board to lay in the passenger seat or long enough to lay across both seats, then set the laptop on it, then you could see it from your sleeper. I am in no way telling you to do this, it is just an idea.

Well, my trainers truck had a fuel leak this morning, so his PSD student couldnt test out today, so truck is in the shop now. No testing Sun or Monday because of the holidays, so its looking like im stuck here in Springfield atleast until Tuesday now. You would think a fuel leak would have been noticed on a pretrip inspection and fixed before a student was set to take his test.
