So I now have about 16k miles. Drove through the night so we could make our appointment time in Salt Lake for our PM. I thought I might beat down my trainer this morning. I woke up feeling like my cpap machine had a cigarette tied to the end of it. One would think that when the truck is sitting and there is someone sleeping in the top bunk opening a window when you smoke would be a common practice. But then again that would be polite.

Know how ya feel Mont. I think Ive developed an allergy to it now.

Still sitting here in Salt Lake, came in for a PM. Mechanic found an exhaust leak, then read codes. Dpf had a crack in it, and is completely shot. Truck lease is due first part of February, so it seems Prime doesnt want to pay the $7000 it will take to fix this, so they are trying to rig it up so we can get atleast a week or two more out of it. (things that make you say HMMMM). Anyways, lost our load going to Winnemucko, then to Reno. Looks like ORD might have taken our load. So far this is the worst part of the job i have experienced. Sitting around all day long, atleast im in training status and getting paid.

If I knew you were still there I wouldve tried to meet ya. Thought yall were gone. I took the same load I brought in back out lol Trust me... If I could get rid of it, I would lol These coils are annoying me. Plus I dont want to go back into California.

Im sure we will cross paths again ORD. Right now heading to Plymouth UT, then the 90 in Grandview Washington. Then heading North of Seattle for a couple of days of hometime.

Trainer has been driving for about an hour now, I looked down on the qualcom to check mpg and it says we are getting 16mpg. Btw we have 79k load. Too bad it wont stay there.

Just finished 2 days of home time
Deadheading 200 miles to Kalana WA, then 2500 miles to Shelbyville IN. After this trip I will have close to 18k miles.
