Because they doubt the validity of the "training" you had received. Why blame them? By your own admission the instruction you had received was sub par.

No one is blaming anyone. I didnt say anything bad about prime I said my instructor was a drunken idiot.

It happened on Thursday night, AND I Was on the pad all day friday and never saw you. not once. I was out there with a instructor named Solomon and his student Jimmie, and was also another instructor with his wife, and another instructor a black lady with her student all of which ive spoken to and knew about what had transpired , just because prime didnt inform you of this it didnt happen right?
You hang around the pad so much how do you make any money?Last edited by a moderator: Aug 12, 2012

O I was out there Friday hanging out with an instructor I know, then 2 other instructors I met. How would you know if you saw me or not? You dont know what I look like. How much I make is my business, no one elses. I asked an instructor I know thats been in the yard for 2 weeks helping a couple students out, he never heard bout it....

I didn't ask you how much money you make I asked how do you make any money being at the pad/terminal all time...
I see now you have problems comprehending. So if you had heard about it.... you more than likely did not understand what was being said anyways. -
Y'all this is getting out of hand and the more you keep it up, the more this is going to stay the top topic on the Prime thread.

Based on my training experience at Prime? I believe the story. That doesn't mean its true or not, but it sounds like something that could happen and probably does happen more than anyone would like, or would care to admit. I've heard about worse things than this.
Everything has a price. And when you decide to grow your business to the size Prime has, the price can be a loss of control, at least to some degree. Its not exactly a tight ship, if you know what I mean. I don't know how it could be. Its too big with too much going on. Things like this can and do happen. And due to the nature of the business, I don't know how you could stop things from happening. Its just the way it is.
The question is, as a trainee, what can you do about it? And I'm really not sure. For me? I toughed it out, never said a word, and got to where I needed to go, which was out on my own. I can't say I would recommend that to everyone else, but I had my reasons, and every situation is different. Once I managed to survive the training disaster though, things have been great. I can't imagine ever driving for another company, there's simply no reason to. -
Wait so you didnt even know who. The fm was? Never though of writing on the qualcomm? 3500 is alot to give away without a fight. I would have went back to steve and ask hey any luck with a trainer yet. Or even in the mill building there are plenty of trainers looking for students.
