The answer is Con-way, but not Truckload. Go with Freight and stay local.

Did you not like LTL period, or just the company? I've heard plenty about their mismanagement.

 

Hated the company, but didn't like LTL line haul to much either... Do local container work now with hourly pay...Day work no all night driving

 

I've met happy xpo drivers. I know nothing about Conway.

 

Gotcha. You never did P&D with them? The reason I'd never go there is all the dock work. My company has actual dock workers rather than drivers jumping on forklifts after the day is done.

 

XPO just bought Con-way, so there is a lot of uncertainty as to how they'll run it.

 

I guess I met them before this happened then.
