A wil-trans driver mentioned that they don't drive i-70 west of Denver because tow/repairs are too costly. Their routing might be different.

The fact of the matter is that Wil Trans is an Advantage partner with Prime = they contract for Prime. Wil Trans bought Jim Palmer and is keeping it as Jim Palmer. Wil Trans is Owned and Operated by Darrell Wilson. They lease all of there trucks and now Jim Palmer trucks through Prime Advantage Partnership which is also how they do there lease op program. They are there own company they operate as Wil Trans in Missouri east and As Jim Palmer from Ohio West... They are a small fleet 200 Wil Trans Trucks and 100 to 150 Jim Palmer trucks so 300 350 total fleet. they are a family owned and operated small fleet with an agreement with a mega fleet company..NavigatorWife Thanks this.

They only do reefer. They Only haul in the Lower 48 No Canada No Mexico. No Hazmat No Tanker No combo No Flatbed. No endorsements needed or required they pay 70% of load for lease operators and 100% fuel surcharge. They have plenty of miles but if being home every weekend is what you want they are up front you will be out 3-4 weeks at a time. Company driver is .40 cpm so they say.

Jim Palme
Wil Trans does not run west of Missouri Jim Palmer runs from Ohio West and Wil Trans runs from Missouri East. Same company just run under those names respectfully.NavigatorWife Thanks this. -

Yep, old thread.
Wil-Trans hired a driver that lives in California; why would they do that if they don't run West of Missouri?
This old thread is way out of date it seems.
